✦ Author submission information entered when you list a book in the directory, including book details, cover images, and author bio.
✦ Public author profile and book listing information, which is visible to all visitors of the directory.
✦ Saved book and TBR (To Be Read) activity, where applicable, such as reading lists and bookmarks.
✦ Paid membership information processed securely through Stripe when you subscribe to a paid author tier.

How We Use Your Information

Information you provide is used to operate and improve the directory, display author profiles and book listings, manage your account and membership, and respond to support requests. We do not use your information for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Payments

Paid membership subscriptions are processed through Stripe. Novels & Nightmares does not store your payment card details. All payment data is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their own privacy and security standards. For more information, see stripe.com/privacy.

Cookies & Tracking

This website may use necessary cookies or similar technologies solely for account login, session security, and payment functionality. We do not use advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or any form of optional tracking technology. We do not sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising purposes.

Because no optional tracking is used, no cookie consent banner is displayed.

Support & Communications

Support communications are handled through our Google Workspace support email. When you contact us, your message and email address are used only to respond to your inquiry.

Your Data

You may request deletion or correction of your account information at any time by contacting us at contact@novelsandnightmares.com.
